The fine print, without the legal voice
What you're agreeing to.
How the payments work
You pay 35% of the project fee when you sign the agreement. The remaining 65% comes the following month, together with your first monthly fee. From then on it's just the monthly fee — nothing else appears later.
Change credits roll over
Each month you get a set number of change requests: 2 on Standard, 5 on Pro, 15 on Premium. Text edits, new photos, price updates, small design tweaks. If you don't use them, they carry into the next month rather than disappearing.
Who owns the website
We do. You have a licence to use it for as long as you're paying the monthly fee — which covers the build, the hosting coordination, the fixes and the updates. If the agreement ends, the licence ends and the site comes offline. We'd rather say that plainly than bury it.
If payments stop
Miss two monthly payments in a row and the site goes offline until the outstanding fees and a dishonour fee are paid. We'll always contact you before that happens.
Cancelling
You can cancel any time in writing. The site stays offline for 7 days in case you change your mind, then it's permanently removed. Fees already paid generally aren't refundable.
